We ship throughout the United States. UPS 2-3 Day Express orders are processed next business day and received within 3 days after shipped. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.

No refunds. We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. All items purchased at store location are final sale. See our FAQ page for all return information.
