We ship throughout the United States. UPS 2-3 Day Express orders are processed next business day and received within 3 days after shipped. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.

All On Sale items are final sale. No refunds. We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
