Returns

Domestic Shipping 

 

We offer flat shipping on all orders shipped within the US, US Virgin Islands and Canada. Signature is required on delivery. Please allow 1-3 processing days. We ship priority 2-3 business days Most items are received within 5 business days. Be sure to include full address including apartment number. If items are returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to resend. If payment for re-shipment is not received within 5 days of being contacted, customer will receive a store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee. 

How to Return  

 

No refunds! We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and order must be shipped back within 7 days. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. Email drapedoutfitters@gmail.com for information on how to return. (All items must be put in packaging and returned the way they were received. DO NOT PUT POSTAGE STICKER ON SHOEBOX OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.) Please be sure to include order number or name on the order on postage. All sales items are final sale. 

 

 

Damaged Items  

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or worn items. If items are sent back and have been worn, we will not issue a refund.
