Returns

Worldwide Shipping 

 

We ship throughout the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 4-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Express shipping is available on select days. Signature is required for all express orders and an apartment number must be included, if applicable. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.

*Canada: Customers are responsible for all tariff fees.

How to Return  

 

All accessories and On Sale items are final sale. No refunds! We accept size exchanges only. Item must not be worn or damaged. We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and order must be shipped back within 7 days. Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. If an item is no longer available, and you are within the return window, we will accept a return for a different item with a $10 restocking fee. Email drapedoutfitters@gmail.com for return instructions. (All items must be put in packaging and returned the way they were received. DO NOT PUT POSTAGE STICKER ON SHOEBOX OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.) Please be sure to include order number or name on the order on postage. 

 

 

Damaged Items  

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or worn items. If items are sent back and have been worn, we will not issue a refund.
