We ship throughout the U.S. UPS 2-3 Day Select orders are processed next business day and received within 3 business days after shipped. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 4-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Signature is required for all express orders and an apartment number must be included, if applicable. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. UPS does not always ship to PO boxes, so please use a physical address. If an order is returned due to insufficient address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is shipped, UPS is responsible for the order. Contact UPS with your tracking number for any delivery issues.
All "On Sale" and accessory items are final sale. For all other items, we accept size exchanges only. The item must be unworn and not damaged.
