We ship worldwide. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS 3 Day Select orders are processed the same day if placed before 2pm cst; orders placed after 2pm cst are shipped next business day. UPS Ground orders are processed within 3 business days and received between 4-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Signature is required for all express orders and an apartment number must be included, if applicable. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on the order, once shipped. Use tracking to keep up with your package. If an item is returned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Once the order is received by the carrier, Draped Outfitters, is no longer responsible for the package. Contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.

We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your order and items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
